Peugeot 307 rpm fault help

Hello all I am new here and sorry for my english.Can someone tell me why the rpm dont work correctly when I start up the engine rpm start from 5,2,6 sometimes they work correctly but if I shift from 3rd in 2nd gear on full throttle they fault again is it electric or they are stuck ? thanks for help.

Looks like a problem with the dash clocks.
Check battery earths. There are earths also on the sills that earth the dash clocks. Get those checked also.
