Default Downstream O2 sensor bypassing

Hello Dears

307, 1.4, 2003, 1.4, manual

I am trying to bypass the downstream O2 sensor in my car. I have successfully bypassed the upstream one using a capacitor and a resistor as follows:

While this didn't work on the downstream sensor!!, I still got P0141 what I need to know is the following:

1- Is there any difference between the upstream and downstream sensors wires?.

2- After some troubleshooting it might be the wires. Where the downstream wires end up?, is it in the ECU? where exactly in the ECU?.

3- Does the P0141 causing the car to operate in the open loop?.
