Default Car cutting out!!

Have a 307 1.6 16v on a 52 plate.Have had fo about 18 months and always had a little problem.i.e jerkiness and stalling. In that time i have changed spark plugs twice, oil filter, air filter, oil, cam belt and coil pack recently. But since changing the coil pack(valeo) and sparks(bosch super 4) the car has stalled or cut out three times.
What can i do next!!!!
Please help me before i give it a good thrashing with a branch!!!

Get a fuel pressure/fuel flow test done also. The fuel pump gives alot of bother on these.
