Default 307 Rapier 1.6 2002 - Can't location diagnostic connector!

sorry about the title, miss-typed it lol, should be "Can't locate Diagnostic connector"

I've looked everywhere in my 307 for the diagnostic connector, Searched google, been to garages, and even phoned Peugeot with no joy.

Peugeot said its behind the panel by your right leg but it's not, searched up and down throughout my car, had my head under foot well with a torch, looked behind the rubber mat under ashtray, removed the plastic panel in the back of glove box, looked in the fuse box which is to small to even stick my hand in, looked under bonnet in that fuse box! I've ran out of options so really hope someone to help me out!
