Default 307 fuel filter

might be a stupid question but does my 307 2.0xsi have a fuel filter ? brought a service kit off ebay and it includes one but cant find it anywere ?????

Usually, if it's petrol, it is under the car, near the tank, if it's a diesel it is near the engine

dont think the xsi has one, it has a filter in the pump unit in the tank, which is for life of the pump.

I've put the reg of a few different 307 XSIs into Euro Car Parts and it does show a couple of different types of fuel filter.

One showed the paper element type, the other is a complete plastic throwaway unit where the fuel pipes connect direct like this:

oh that will be the diesel xsi hdi then ..? not petrol 2.0 one then you have.
in that case yes it has a diesel fuel filter. which one,,not sure.
