If they're not parking in the right place you may need to pop the nut off the wiper motor rotor arm and lift off the rotor. Cycle the motor with the stalk, so it is in the park position and then move your wipers to where you need them to be when parked. Now just pop the rotor arm back onto the motor and tighten it up.
10 minute job. However, if they're stuttering then it's probably the brass contact on the large gear inside the motor. This is very common. Just remove the motor. Disassemble the top where the rotor arm is. Inside is a large gear with a brass top. The brass should be polished and shiny. Use some autosol. Then there should be 3 contacts that touch the brass gear. They may need a bit of bending out to get them to connect to the brass gear firmly when reassembled. Use some of the grease around the inside to relube the brass after you polish it. Reassemble and refit. Sorted. Get a meter on the rear wiper. Could be a fuse, relay or burnt out motor. If you surrender, just remove it and pop in a 25mm blind grommet. My motor has just packed in
