rear wiper

I need help finding the name of a part...

Its the bit directly underneath the bolt on the rear wiper.

I was trying to find the reason why my rear wiper had suddenly gone all floppy and wasnt wiping properly

I found a big crack in the part which is propably the cause of my wiper problem.

Please can anyone help?
