How do you ajust the handbreak 306

Hello how do ajust the handbreak height on a 306 hdi?

I think there a bolt near the handbreak height. But is there anything else needed to do other then just ajust it?

Remove the plastic console around the handbrake, and then tighten the nut which pulls the cables in. Tightening it will mean you don't need to pull the handbrake up so far. If its getting higher though, your cables may be stretching/corroding and could snap - mine did, sheared off right at the end
