Hi Guys,
I need some advice on my peugeot, my MOT is in a few weeks and just need to sort a few things out. Firstly when I fill the car with petrol I notice a small leak that drips from just in front of the drivers rear wheel ,this stops when I finish filling. I have also noticed that when I fill the petrol tank over a certain amount, petrol constantly drips from the same place. Is this a part I need to get replaced or tightened, If so what part description do I need. I have also noticed a few small drips of petrol dripping from a bit further up the drivers side of the car, not all the time though. Is this something that would be picked up on the MOT, i am intending to get this fixed in the near future. Thanks for all your help on this one Alan |

i think you might find its just the breather pipe that allows air out of the tank as fuel goes in
if you look into the flap can you see a little hole about 3-4mm across?? that should be where the 'leak' is coming from, assuming im right of course

My experience too, my last 306 did this. The fuel runs down the outside of the pipe, making you think its an engine leak.
