306 window motor mystery.

I currently have a prblem on a 306 that the near side electric window motor only seems to work in cold conditions... and help would be greatly appreciated. also are they bolted on or rivetted should i need ot replace it...thanks

before the motor packs in change it. the motor is not hard at all to get off but i cant remember if its bolted or screwed on, its not rivited on tho. whatever you do be carefull with the cables that make ya windows go up n down, dont move them from their runners.
