Out tonight and the brake lights were stuck on. Sticky switch me thinks. So I jump out and turn the lights off as I go. No brake lights!
So when i turn the lights on the brake lights are on. When I brake, the lights come on! ![]() So it's probably a short BUT it was fine this morning and I had the battery out this afternoon. Any connection or thoughts?

Sorted now but a strange one!
Took the drivers brake/tail bulb out, no problem! Turns out the element for the taillight had blown and was touching the leg of the brakelight element causing the short! Thank goodness I didn't get out the multimeter and start ripping and tearing! Don't think I'll ever see this again. Lesson: Always check simple stuff first!
