I am a new member and now the proud owner of new 3008 1.6 Exclusive e-hdi egc in Babylon red.
This is my 29th Peugeot in 26 years, so am a bit of Peugeot fan - I traded in a 2 year old 4007 GT auto for this one. I have the NG4 SatNav fitted, but have found that I cannot alter the settings for the various options such as "see me home lights"; "welcome lights"; "day time running lights" etc. ![]() The handbook shows that this can be done on all other media systems but not on the NG4. Has anyone out there come across this problem, and more importantly is there a solution? |

you could try the "get me home lights".
turn your ignition on, click the high beams on. take key out and lock doors. the lights will stay on for around 30secs before turning off...get you home lights thats how it works on my focus and been told it works on other makes and models not sure on rest...if guide says you cant with the NG, you cant... well ive seen nothing posted up about it yet.

Should be next to the buttons for switching off the ESP and parking sensors,
see Pos 12 here INFOTEC 3008 access via the screen underneath the speedometer, not the Satnav.... |

Look under 'Instruments and Controls' / 'Instrument Panels' in the manual.
There is a 4-way button close to the ESP-Parking Sensors Off buttons, the menues are displayed on the monochrome display next to the speedo.... Last edited by LowIQ; 11-08-2011 at 08:02 AM. |

Thanks LowIQ, I have just been out to the car and set the parameters to my requirements.
![]() It is a pity that the handbook doesn't make this a bit clearer!! I am a happy bunny now

All messages on our cars monochrome screen have been in French, the sales person told me that that could not be changed....
Took me ages to find that button.... Mind you, he also told me that there is no slot for a SIM card as that is outdated technology and Bluetooth rules....found the slot then eventually myself... |

Can anyone tell me, as the dealer has not replied yet, is the radio in the NG4 system capable of receving Medium Wave ? Am a Radio5 listener and so far cannot fathom out of this is possible. |
