Default Knocking Noise from Read

Hi. Got a 2007 207 HDI 90 Sport and got a knocking noise when at low speed around town on rough roads. Checked the spair wheel is tight and even took everything out the boot including the wheel and kit and it still was doing it. Had it for a little while now but MOT is due next month. Exhaust looks in good condition but the bracket is rusted but it seems secure when you give the pipe a wiggle.

Just wondered if anyone has any ideas what it could be?

Check the liner inside the wheel arches is not rubbing off anything.
Will need last eight of chassis number to see if there is any info on Servicebox on your symptoms.

No problem. I can check it without. Just can't narrow it down to specific car.
what engine? 3 or 5 door?

It's a 3 door 207 1.6 HDI 90 Sport on a 2007 plate.

Thanks
