Hi guys I'm new to the forum. I hope you can help.
I have a 207 gti, it has recently started to make an in frequent whistling sound which I think comes from the right side of the engine. It is a 57 plate and only done 27000 miles. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help? |

The speed varies, but generally when cruising around town. It's never when braking. It couldn't be the timing belt or water pump could it?

Doesn't have a timing belt, chain. the water pumps don't give trouble to be honest.

Shows how much I know about cars. What is the belt I can see under the engine? Any other ideas what it could be? It is so in frequent which is what confuses me the most?
