fasten seat belt warning

Can any other 207 owners confirm that WITH OUT sitting in the front seat-if you turn the igniton on-ALL SEAT BELT WARNINGS SHOULD SHOW IN RED.
My passenger one is green strait away until you sit in it which seems odd.

hi,,have you had the car long??
i ask as the original ones all lit red,then changed,however they changed the panel due to some faults.
it then reverted to the display that you see.

Just seems odd that all are red apart from the front passenger seat with keys in and no one sitting in the car.
