Default Depollination System Faulty.

I own a 1.6 hdi 207. 07 Plate from new. 41,000 miles. Recently it showed the fault and was there for around 3 days and then it’s fixed itself and disappeared. However, it seems to smell like a dirty diesel now and unsure what to do.

Any advice?

Thank you.

Could be a blocked cat. Give it a good hamerring down the road that usually does the trick.
