207 hdi,1.6 not start

Hi every one .am new on this frorums .l have peugeot 207 hdi.16 .model 2006 .it not start it crank but disel it come on injector .l check volt on injector plug it give 4.5 to 4.9v and disel pump it push disel on engine.please how many volt it need on injector?. l conect pp 2000 it only comunicate with ecu .bsi it not response or any other on car .any idea of this. thanks

What happened to it? Did it just not start one day? Have you any work done to it?

Hi,members yes the car it was invole in excident and it lost key so l try to program the key it was no comunicate with car and no crank on starter.so we change other bsi box the car it crank and programm key on car but diesel pump not on or injector .l check pulse it give 4.9 volt on injector. disel it come on filter but no pressure from pump to injector diesel.any idea about this?. thanks
