central locking is fine when i lock the car via the door lock , but when i use the remote button , it first started to try to lock ,but it re unlocks itself(only dose this with key fob) i changed the fob battery with a cr1620 3v battery and is still the same ,any ideas? ive also noticed the mirror indicatorrepeators flash a lot when i try to lock it , now it will only intermitanty lock when it wants too???

I am sure that you will need a virgin fob and not a used one to be able to prog to your vehicle

I know it may be different but I had this once when I had a C4.

One of the door strikes (catches that bolt onto the pillars and the one in the boot) had come slightly loose, when it locked with the key it was ok but for some reason with the Fob it picked up that one of the doors wasnt shut properly and wouldnt lock just kept flashing.

I am not saying thats what is up with yours but just thought it might be worth a check to see if any of them had moved as hopefully it could be a free fix.
