Default smoky with lack of power 2.0 HDI (90)

Hello All,
I am newbie here.
I recently bought 206 2.0 HDI (90BHP).
Suddenly engine start running rough on idle, with no power with white smoke behind a car.
I have no trouble to start the engine it starts first time everytime.
There is no any warning light on the dashboard.
The fault codes on the scanner are:
P0115 - Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit
P0200 - injector problem

I had replaced glow plugs, check fuel filter, bought one injector to find if one of those fitted are causing troubles but still no luck.

Does anyone know what it may be related to?
P0200 - may it be caused by the diesel pump? If so which one (low or high pressure)?
What about lambda sensor?

Does anyone experienced something similar?
I have spent quite a few days on varies forums and people are pointing in too many directions...
I started thinking it may be easier replace the whole fuel line to make it run smooth again.
Any suggestions?

Only one thing causes white smoke...

you mean gasket sealer or pistons to replace?
There is no bubbles in the coolant, there is no sign of anything in the oil or on the oil cap.
I have read that it may be caused as well for the leaking injector as well as many other things that's why I'm looking for someone with similar symptoms.
I am trying to avoid replace everything which is not necessary.

Is it possible it may be caused by the ECU fault or fuel pressure regulator?
How to check which parts are working fine?
