peugeot 206 HDI 1.4 Electrical problem

Hi everyone!
I have electrical problem in my peugeot 206 model 2004.When i turn on the headlights there is no blinkers.When i got the headlights off during the day everything is fine.I am wondering what causes the problem? Which part i have to replace to fix it?

sounds like a comm2000 unit fault. this is peice that sits behind your steering wheel and has the stalks connected to it.
