peugeot 206 2000 1.4 power loss

Hi people, my peugeot 206 is a pain in the ares! It all started with the revs jumping all over the place, so i got a new idle control sensor and fitted that.... the revs now sit at 0.8 as they should. But when it feels like it it will rev itself or just randomly die whilst going along at like 40mph, so i have to restart it. So can anybody tell me what is wrong with it please? oh and also my girlfriend reported that the Airbag light just started flashing for a while and then went out again. Please dont tell me its the ECU?
