Default Oil Warning light on and off

Hello!

I have a 206 1.4hdi 2002 and itīs been running great so far.
Last month i did a check up and change the oil and filters at the official dealer, then yesterday after a 264Km trip the oil warning light turned on for a split sec when i was reducing the speed. Then everytime i was reducing it turned on and off. about 4 hours after the trip i turned the car on again and the light didnīt appear the whole day. Next day i did the same trip and in the end of it i had the same problem. ANd for now the light is off.
What could be the problem?

Thanks!!!!

Have you actually checked the oil level since the service?
Be a good idea to park it on level ground, leave for half an hour or so and check the level of the oil
