Help, car cd player type and year model

Hi I have a 206 cc 2002 1.6 Peugeot
the question is I need the original cd player of the car, but I found for 206 2005model year. will that fit my car? and if I search in the future from which year to which year fits my car to make it look exactly like original? and are there any other models which are using same radio so I get easier chance to find more availability in the market?

Note: how to know if my car cd player should be RD-3 or RD-4 or what is it at all?
