Default bsi problem i think

hi guys have got a problem with car starting the car had been stood for awhile battery flat. tried to start it just turning over no fuel pump working or power to the coil pack also no 15 fuse has no power which trigers these to start so got told it is ecu which gets locked out so had ecu unlocked still no spark or fuel pump then got told the bsi has probably lost its memory so will need programming to the key now. there is no engine light when i turn ignition on nor does the light or wipers work any advice will be appreciated. the car is a 1.1 206 04 year and i am in mansfield notts area if it needs programming.

thanks dave

I don't think it's a problem with the bsi, because of the fact the engine light is not powered by the BSI but powered by the motor ecu. I think you should check the dubble relays, underneath the motor ecu. 16 pins connector.

then you have to check if there is power on your motor ebe. It's powerd by the psf1. You also could check the earth connection, below your right headlight unit.
