Default Brakes

Hey everyone, I just replaced the brake hoses and bled the system, all was fine,i today fitted new pads to the front and now the brakes feel a little spongy, i have bled them and re bled them, but they still feel soft compared to my other pug. i'm wondering if by some chance that when i pushed the pistons back on the caliper that maybe alittle trapped air from the brake hose change has made it far enough up the system to get pushed toward the rear brakes. if i pump the pedal a couple of times the pedal feels firm, but if i hold my foot firm on the pedal it very slowly gets lower and lower....then pump it alittle and it firms up again, any ideas would be great. thankyou as always.
