Default 206 quicksilver running lumpy

hi all, had a phone call from my partner earlier telling me her car was a rattly and driving like a dog.
I took it for a drive myself and it seems like it was running on 2-3 cylinders and lower revs, when it gets into higher revs, it gets a bit better,
Are there any common faults that cause this, i.e coil pack, plug leads etc?
Just randomly started, no build up to it.
Any help would be appreceated, thanks

Get a diagnostic check done. 206 does not have plug leads as such.
If its misfiring its either a coil pack, an injector or wiring on those.
