Unhappy 2002+ 206 Clock Unit Display Problem :S

Hi guys,

Back in the forum with a bit of an issue with my central clock display unit (The one that also shows the radio info and what door is open etc.)

I recently fitted a Sony DSX-S300BTX head unit (Birthday present to myself, got Bluetooth and everything), got this working fine however this causes the display of my clock to freeze up - It only shows the time when the auxiliary power was turned on, the little colon flashes to indicate seconds but nothing else changes - I w going to go direct to Peugeot about this but want to see if there are any suggestions on here - Someone's already suggested it might be my ECU?

Let me know if you need any extra info and I'm happy to supply!

Your aftermarket stereo is messing with the multiplex network. There is a fix, will have to look it up.

you can disable the audio equipment via planet, that could possibly solve the issue.

i fitted a sony mex-bt2600 and it didnt bother my MFD, still managed to display Date, Time, Temp and Trip Info

have you guys installed the autoleads equipment to get the stalk working? pcc99-x44 and pc99-son?

i've seen you can buy replacements of ebay for as low at £10.

but id check to see if the connector is secure on the back.
