anyone have any experience or information about how efficient these engines are? a new exhaust manifold i have ordered emans removing the cat completely and just want to know if its even remotely likely that it could pass the emissions test?

I doubt that it will pass, as far as I'm aware no car should really be able to pass without a CAT, I could be wrong though.. check the emissions for your current tax band and see how high they are..

just as an update it went through the mot ok so thats a relief
