Hi all i havn't been on here for a while, i just wondered if anyone has ever fitted a 206 180 engine in a 205 gti,
If you can let me know what troubles i'll come by that'll be a good help.

Physically it's similar to the Mi16 engine swap.

Electrically, it's a terrible job. The 180 management is full obd from a mutiplexed car so you need the ECU, BSI and all sorts of shizzle to make it work. Some people end up transplating half the dashboard to make it work.

Alternatively, a custome management system can be brought but is £££s.

Good luck.
