Thanks for the help guys its appriciated. The link to the service guide doesn't really help is is just really the handbook as far as I can see unless you can tell me otherwise?

regarding the temperature thing it is actually overheating but it is down to the fact that their is a leak somewhere in the cooling system but it doesn't leak if I leave the car sitting in the garden, but if I drive off the cooling lover low warning message is displayed and I am putting in about 5ltrs per day. I can see water marks on a three way elbow which is located to the right of the engine and the top pipe is a small return hose to the water bottle. has anyone ever heard of this leaking before?

Also the knock in the suspension is getting seriously loud its on both sides and occurs when I go over small bumps or uneven road surfaces. I have changed the drop links before with no help and a ball joint which didn't help either. I have shocks ordered but some people are telling me its not the shocks or the car would be boucing around. Any ideas?
