Urgent help needed Please.

Right to start off i have a Peugeot 106 1.1i 1998

The problem started when i was driving home and it stalled its self, so i restarted it and the battery light was showing and i pulled over, luckly i had my battery tester on me so i used it and it was showing a massive loss in AmpHours, so im guessing the alternator has packed up . . . but along with the alternator going other things are not working such as

Indicators
Break Lights
Windscreen Wipers

but every thing else is fine. would this just be the simple idear of not having enough juice in the battery ? and if i replace the alternator it would be fine ?

would be greatful for any help. and will reply to your questions if any
