hi there.
Wondering if you can offer some ideas to my problem. peugeot 106 xl 1.5 p reg.diesel . driving around all day - stops to pick up son - puts key in ignition and imobilizer beeps constant tone not allowing me to key in number or start car. lights, radio etc working fine so battery seems ok. any ideas please. Have tried disconnecting/reconnecting battery. Tried unplugging immobilizer unit and trying another but no change. Have had AA man out and he did usual checks on fuses, battery but cannot find fault. Did managed to get the code in once but there was nothing when key was turned...wondering if there is something else going on here-not been able to get it in since. last hope here as car is not worth spending £100's of pounds on having it diagnosed but I love it to bits and will be sad to see it go to the scrape yard because of this. any suggestions very welcome many thanks for your time. How long did you disconnect battery for? If you just took the connector off and on again it might not have been long enough.
