A few weeks ago I changed the cylinder head and head gasket on my 106. I noticed the other day I've got quite a bit of oil over the top of the engine. I haven't looked to see where it's coming from yet as it's too cold and I don't have a garage, so could anyone give me some pointers as to what can go wrong with a head/head gasket change on these?
Thanks |

I had a quick look this morning and it seems to be from the coil pack downwards. So I wonder if it's just a blocked breather or camshaft seal! However I wouldn't have theought the oil pressure for the cam was that great.
Quite a bit of oil on the coil. So that there's a small puddle collected around the lip on the top of it. Oil sitting round the back of the head around the plug cap and leads. Oil spray on the air filter. Then perhaps due to gravity oill around the rest of the head and the top of the gearbox. |
