Engine ECU fitted problem

Hi
I got a remanufactured Peugeot 106 1.1/1.4 ECU No: 0261206246 / 9637838780 from Ecu-Testing LTD
i got it fitted the engine runs fine but the water temperture stays on on so does the fan do u think its the new ecu unit faulty

Could be it just needs the Fan reconfigured in the ECU.

Thanks for quick reply how do i reconfigure the fan in the ECU
This is what it says on there site where i bought it
This remanufactured ECU is programmed to work as soon as it is pluged in to the vehicle, you do not need to take the car to the main dealer for programming - just plug in and go. This ECU will also get around any imobilser problem you may have with your car i.e if the key code system has stopped working.

The ECU will come programmed with the latest software version.

It could be set to twin fan on ECU this will bring Fan on all the time , you need someone with Planet to check configuration .
