sp_redeye Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2011 Posts: 1	106 1.5D Starting problems Hi 1996 1.5 XND. Cannot get my car started after fuel filter change and new cambelt. Engine turns over, starts and then cuts out after 2 seconds. I have removed immobiliser from fuel pump and replaced stop solenoid. This seems to work with no problems. Have triple checked timing and as far as I can tell from Haynes manual is set correctly. Previous to this work always started 1st time.
