I sounds like there may be an exhaust leak did the mot tester mention or advise any?

When was the last oil and filter change also the last time it had spark plugs these all have an effect on emissions.
To be honest though because the lambda is reading high it does sound like exhaust blow

There is a treatment to put in the fuel tank for MOT emissions, saw it in Halfrauds. About £6. I have also used something similar that worked for a re test. But richie has it right with the maintenance points.

A bottle of stuff is not going to fix a blown exhaust!
