USB Box compatability?

Hi,

Would anyone know if the USB box will work in a 1007?
I've looked on many websites and they all say it works with CAN Bus vehicles but not VAN bus.

What is the 1007, VAN or CAN and what does VAN and CAN mean?

It's an accesory that is plugged into the back of the stereo via the CD multichanger socket and once activated by the dealer you can use a USB stick, iPod or MP3 player.

I have had this question answered by the dealer.
I was told by Peugeot UK that it IS compatible and so was the dealer (who had to order one in", so I went to get one fitted £199 all in.

When they went to activate it via the ECU, it didn't recognise it.

So anyone with a 1007, the USB box "IS NOT COMPATIBLE".
