2-tronic gearbox oil

Shortly taking delivery (collecting it actually) of a 1.6 Sport with 2-tronic gearbox.

I believe this is a standard 5-speed box and clutch but operated by solenoids and other actuators ?

The engineer in me would like to know more about how it works - is there a service manual or other information that would help me to understand it ?

Is this gearbox a serviceable item - does the oil need changing etc ?

The gearbox is a standard box with 75w80 gear oil. Everything is pretty much the same apart from as you say electrically operated clutch, release bearing and gear change.
